Overriding Principles

1.     We will not allow any conflict of interest to arise when acting for you. We never act for developers or estate agents through/from whom you are purchasing or selling a property. We check our database to determine any potential conflict of interest in our acting for you-whether this is a property transaction or litigation.

2.     Our charging structure is explained to you from the outset and then confirmed in writing.

3.     We charge a fair rate - fixed or hourly ( depending on the type of work ) for our service to you.

4. If the matter is of a contentious nature then we will provide you with any opinion as to your prospects of success. Clearly we are never able to guarantee the outcome of any case.
